In case of real defect or lack of the agreed quality, the buyer is alternatively entitled with no charge a) the repair of the product or b) its replacement or c) price reduction in accordance with the defect or d) withdraw from the purchase.
The consumer has the right to demand the repair or the replacement of the product with no charge, if:
- The order is wrong, meaning that another product from the one ordered or the wrong quantity or a defective product or destroyed package is delivered. Defective products are those that had damage upon delivery or those that showcased a manufacturing fault within one (1) month of their purchase. Products that display damages due to use or deterioration are not considered defective. However, in case of objectional complaints, Zavrakis Kosmima maintains the right to return the products to the manufacturer in order to determine if the complaint is accurate. The user will be kept informed for the complaint’s progress. Wherever possible, Zavrakis Kosmima will be repairing the defective product.
- The buyer should contact the store within 48 hours from the products’ delivery either by making a phone call at 2310866325-6942543632-6980428778 or through e-mail at info@zavrakiskosmima.gr in order to highlight the product’s problem and has its return approved.
- The product must correspond to the order, must not have been used and it must still be in the packaging at the state it was delivered.
- Moreover, the product must be returned with all the original complementary documents (receipt, guarantee, instructions) and in its original packaging.
Returns are carried out with the postal company indicated by the store. In such case, the store will be charged.
WITHDRAW RIGHT (contract cancellation):
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without stating the reason, within fourteen (14) days, if a longer deadline has not been agreed. There is no extra charge except from that of the cost of the return. The time limit begins from the delivery of the products. In case of exercising the right to withdraw, the supplier must return the amount of money that the consumer paid within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date of the product.
The consumer has the ability to exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase, if:
- It is about a product that is not the outcome of a personalized order like a wedding ring, identity bracelet with a name, or adjustments like change of ring size/ chain length, or a product that is not included in our catalogue
- The product’s tags have not been removed or destroyed in any way.
- All the product’s complementary documents, like the guarantee, the instructions and the receipt are returned.
- The product is sent in its original package with a courier.
- The relevant withdrawal document, which is provided at the completion of the order, is filled in and sent.
- An e-mail, with an indication of return and the order number, is sent to info@zavrakiskosmima.gr
If the above are not followed and the product does not meet the said terms, its return will not be accepted and it will be sent back to the customer who will be charged for the delivery.
‘Zavrakis Kosmima’ store is not responsible if the product is lost or damaged during the return.
If the product is returned damaged or a part of it is missing, ‘Zavrakis Kosmima’ store has the right to ask for compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be set according to the state of the product, as well as the right to offset the store’s claim against the claim of the customer.
