Defective products are those that had damage upon delivery or those that showcased a manufacturing fault within one (1) month of their purchase. Products that display damages due to use or deterioration are not considered defective. However, in case of objectional complaints, <strong>Zavrakis Kosmima<\/strong> maintains the right to return the products to the manufacturer in order to determine if the complaint is accurate. The user will be kept informed for the complaint\u2019s progress. Wherever possible, <strong>Zavrakis Kosmima<\/strong> will be repairing the defective product.<\/li>\n<li>The buyer should contact the store within 48 hours from the products\u2019 delivery either by making a phone call at 2310866325-6942543632-6980428778 or through e-mail at <a href=\"mailto:info@zavrakiskosmima.gr\">info@zavrakiskosmima.gr<\/a> in order to highlight the product\u2019s problem and has its return approved.<\/li>\n<li>The product must correspond to the order, must not have been used and it must still be in the packaging at the state it was delivered.<\/li>\n<li>Moreover, the product must be returned with all the original complementary documents (receipt, guarantee, instructions) and in its original packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Returns are carried out<\/strong> with the postal company indicated by the store. In such case, the store will be charged.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WITHDRAW RIGHT (contract cancellation):<br \/>\n<\/strong>The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without stating the reason, within fourteen (14) days, if a longer deadline has not been agreed. There is no extra charge except from that of the cost of the return. The time limit begins from the delivery of the products.
